Before travel, every puppy receives:

  • Health and vaccination records
  • Travel preparation to ensure comfort and safety

Once shipping is arranged, buyers will receive:

  • Delivery confirmation
  • Estimated arrival time
  • Travel or tracking details where applicable

Buyer Responsibilities

Refund & Return Policy

At Prime Pitbulls, we strive to provide healthy, high-quality puppies and excellent customer service.

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable unless:

  • The puppy becomes unavailable due to health concerns, or
  • We are unable to complete the sale for reasons on our side

Deposits may be transferred to another available puppy at our discretion.

Refunds

Because of the nature of live animals, we generally do not offer refunds once a puppy has been delivered or picked up.

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • A licensed veterinarian confirms a serious health issue covered under our Health Guarantee
  • Supporting veterinary documentation is provided

Returns

If a buyer can no longer care for their puppy, we encourage them to contact us immediately. We care deeply about the wellbeing of our dogs and may assist in finding a suitable solution.

Cancellations

Orders canceled before delivery may result in loss of deposit and any transportation-related expenses already incurred.
